Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Spokeninbox app and service. By using Spokeninbox, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Spokeninbox gives you a personal inbound email address and reads the newsletters and emails you send to it aloud. Features may change or be discontinued as the app develops.

2. Acceptable use

Use Spokeninbox only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to receive and listen to. Do not use it to store or process content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful, and do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the emails you send to your Spokeninbox address. You grant us only the permission needed to receive, process, transcribe, and read that content aloud to you, and to share it with the service providers described in our Privacy Policy to deliver that feature.

4. Fair use

To keep the service reliable for everyone, we apply reasonable limits on how much audio can be generated in a given period. We may adjust these limits over time.

5. Availability & disclaimer

Spokeninbox is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, transcribed, or narrated perfectly, or that the service will always be available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Termination

You may stop using Spokeninbox at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; we will revise the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
